From coconut husk to a sealed 40ft container
Every batch moves through the same steps at our manufacturing partner, with moisture and EC/pH checked before pressing and again before loading.

Washing
Husk is soaked and rinsed with fresh water to flush natural salts before drying.

Moisture & EC/pH testing
Calibrated moisture and EC meters check every lot against our block specification before it moves on.

Sun & floor drying
Material is dried on open drying floors until moisture reaches about 15%.
- 04
Sieving & pressing
Decorticated peat is screened, blended and hydraulically pressed into 5kg blocks.
- 05
Container loading
Palletised or loose-loaded into 40ft HC containers, sealed and shipped with full export documents.
